V-Series® ExtraHeavy Duty Model 450 Ironworker® Rosebud Kit CGA 540/510

Model 450 Deluxe Ironworker® kit contains quality equipment needed for cutting, brazing, and welding using oxygen and acetylene gases. The kit can cut up 8 in. (203.2mm) and is supplied with a tip to cut up to 1 in. (25.4mm) plate. The kit can braze up to 6 in. (152.4) diameter copper tube and is supplied with a size tip for brazing copper up to 1 ½ in. (38.1mm) tube. The kit is capable of welding up to 1 in. (25.4mm) and is supplied with a tip that welds up to 1/16 in. (1.6mm) plate. The kit is capable of heating up to 74,000 BTU/Hr. with supplied rosebud tip.

• This kit has the V-Series 2-tube cutting attachment design and thread. The fuel regulator cylinder connection is CGA 510. This kit can cut up to 8 in., braze up to 6 in. copper tube, weld up to 1 in. plate and heat up to 74,000 BTU/Hr.

• Torch handle model VH31 that has tube-within-a-tube construction and is equipped with external replaceable FlashGuard® check valves. This handle is the ideal choice for heavy heating applications.
• Cutting attachment model VH24 features a stainless-steel lever, an in-tube mixer, and threaded connections for easy repair.
